This is an 8 oz. can with brush top. Suitable for use with all brands of cold vulcanizing tire and tube patches. Made in the USA. Brush on bottom of cap Directions 1. CLEAN thoroughly a large area around the injury using Rubber Prep. (14-100, 14-102, 14-103, 14-490) 2. BUFF prepared repair area to a velvety smooth RMA #1 texture. 3. CEMENT prepared area. Work well into rubber with stippling action making sure not to puddle. Allow the cement to       dry completely. (Approx. 3-5 minutes depending on temperature / humidity) 4. APPLY REPAIR UNIT according to instructions for the repair material to be used
